I find this a bit perplexing in the sense that most men’s pants are at (or below) their waists, while the ‘fat’ is above it. So I’d imagine that most men would find that fit odd — and it would require a tucked in shirt, just in case…

However, men with back pain and larger men have worn support girdles and hose for ages; they just don’t discuss it much.

In any case now men will know the emotional sweats over the “I look different with my clothes off”.
